Returns

    • Returns are not accepted for partially used or tampered items.

    • Opened or used sunscreen and face serum bottles.
    • Products purchased during special sales, promotions, or marked as “final sale.”
    • Items damaged due to mishandling or improper storage by the customer.

  3. How to Initiate a Return:

    • After approval, you will receive instructions on how to send the product back to us.

  4. Return Shipping:
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect.

Refunds

  1. Refund Eligibility:
    • Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected.
    • If approved, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method.

  2. Processing Time:
    • Refunds may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

  3. Refunds for Damaged or Defective Products:

Exchanges

Order Cancellations
